It is a costume collage sheet designed to dress them as mermaids! It includes hair and body layovers, design elements such as starfish, shells, clam with a pearl, seaweed, a whale and a crab, It was created to use for an altered book project - you can view the video here:

but it can be used for any collage page and to create mermaid dolls from your Julie Nutting Stamps (Stamps not included). I played around with it and it can be used on other Julie Nutting dolls with a little creativity.
